The ARYA has announced that South Australia has been selected to host the 2020 A Class Australian Championship at West Lakes, Adelaide.
The ARYA received two bids to host the championship from both South Australia & Western Australia with ARYA Secretary, Ross Bennett, stating that "while the submissions were widely different, it was difficult for the committee to choose the successful bid".
Each bid had many differing factors, however there can only be one winner, and on this occassion the South Australia bid has been successful.
Bennett said "We thank Western Australia for their submission, and congratulate South Australia on winning the right to host the regatta in 2020".
